Shipping policy
How and when Khachak gets your order to you.
Dispatch
Orders placed before our afternoon cut-off are dispatched the same working day. Anything after that goes out the next working day. We don't dispatch on Sundays or public holidays.
Delivery time
Once dispatched, orders typically arrive within 3-5 business days. Remote areas can take a little longer.
Cost
Shipping is free on every order.
Cash on delivery
Cash on delivery is available across Pakistan. You pay the courier when the parcel reaches you — nothing is charged up front.
